How long can you love someone,
that cannot love you back?

Only forever and always..

How long can you forgive someone,
that cannot tell the truth?

Only forever and always..

How much can you take
from someone that's flawed?

Only all they have to offer..

How much can you take
from someone that's breaking?

Only all they have to offer..

But you don't see,
no you don't see..
The things I do.

You can't be like I can be,
but not because you're unable.

I'm not like them
to sway and break.

Interesting premise. I can particularly empathise with the lines like, "How long can you love someone, that cannot love you back?" I've asked myself that question a lot.

The last stanza seems kind of clunky though, awkward.

maybe something like:

"I don't sway and break
Like they do." ?

On the other hand, did you mean something different, like:

"Unlike them
I sway and break." ?

I'm not sure on the meaning. That's part of what bothers me about the last stanza. ^_^;

One other thing i'm not completely sure on is the stanza:
"But no you don't see,
No you don't see..
The things i do."

Is the last line meant to suggest, 'you're not seeing the same picture as me,' or does it mean, "You don't know all the things i've done while you weren't watching.' ? Unless you were trying to be ambiguous, revising it would make it clearer.

For the first meaning, maybe something like:
"No you don't see...
The same things i see. "

For the second,

"No you don't see...
All the things i've done."

Hope the criticism helps! All my suggestions are, obviously, just suggestions. Maybe i'm totally misreading. xD it's happened before. And also, you picked a good mood to write about I think. Keep at it, keep learning.
